History
1973 – Jack K. Holt purchased Oklahoma Telephone & Telegraph, Inc. from Don R. Wade
1986 – Pioneer Telephone Coop purchased Oklahoma Telephone & Telegraph, Inc. from Mr. Holt
1996 – Tom Johnson, owner of First American Holdings, purchased Oklahoma Telephone & Telegraph, Inc.
2012 – Name change to Oklatel Communications, Inc.
