    Establishing Telephone and Internet Service

    To establish new or transfer residential or business telephone and internet service, please call 918-656-3233 or visit our local office located at 26 N. Otis Ave. in Dustin. A customer service representative will describe the services available to you, explain the costs, and create your order for selected services.

    When establishing service with Oklatel, specific customer information including contact information, address, etc. will be required to complete the application process. One-time charges occur for new service connection and changes to existing service.
